The rolls are replaces on the body, It helps to move to mandrel by rotating the handle of mandrel to right side. The rolls going out by conical mandrel, it provides to press the tube. When the rotation is applied, the tube expands and closed the holes of surface. To take the Tube Expander out, to rotate the mandrel to left side. It has same property with KY.03, KY.04 and KY.05.
Warning: Wrong usage of your tube expander causes its life to be shorten.
 
Tube expanders of inside diameter of 32, 38, 44, 51, 57, 64, 70, 76, 83, 90, 96 ve 102 mm are delivered quickly. For other sizes of diameter special order requested.

On request, mandrel is provided with mors taper or hexagonal shank.
For both sided use we may produce two square headed mandrel and to use on tightly fitting places we may produce shorter mandrel.
